How Arkcana handles your information

Who we are

Arkcana is the consultancy of Jeff Herbert, based in Adelaide, Australia. You can contact us about privacy at hello@arkcana.com.

What we collect through the contact form

Your name, work email, organization, role, how you'd like help, and your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to manage that engagement. We don't sell it or use it for marketing lists.

Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not an automated program, is sending the form. Messages are delivered to our Microsoft 365 mailbox.

Website analytics

This site uses Nexanomics to understand how visitors use it — for example, which pages are viewed and where visitors leave. Nexanomics processes and stores this data in the United States. Nexanomics is also founded by Jeff Herbert.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Overseas disclosure

Some of the services above store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers that protect information to a standard comparable to the Australian Privacy Principles.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@arkcana.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
